Finally, an answer.

After SIX months of patiently (or not so patiently) waiting, I FINALLY have a verdict on my master’s application. Unfortunately, I did not get accepted to Ryerson for Urban Planning and Development. I was at the mall this afternoon when I received the email, Dana was with me and we both read the email together. I was truly bummed when I read the words ‘we will not be able to offer you a position in our program’. This year they had a record number of applicants so I can’t really be mad that I didn’t get accepted. Only 30 out of 272 were chosen and I was lucky enough to have gotten on the wait list. I quickly realized that it’s not the end of the world and it just means that I have a whole world of opportunity in front of me. I can now complete a few more items on my bucket list, travel a little bit more and who knows where I will end up. Although I worked extremely hard to get into my masters I am looking forward to what the future holds. The unknown is certainly exciting and I cannot wait to embark on new adventures.
